Dialog Cards: Buttons to navigate are missing

Using Firefox (64.0) and IE (11.472.17134.0) the same problem occurs:

I created 12 Dialog cards. Starting the session, I see "1 of 12". After switching from the third to the fourth card the navigation buttons are gone. No more navigation is possible.

I tried it in our moodle with embedded H5P and in my H5P account with the content "Exercises to prepare the written examination" (file is attached)

Many thanks in advance. I want to give the information to my students to prepare their exam, which take place at January the 15th...
