drag and drop answers wrong

Hello

 

I created a drag&drop quiz in a text. And with each student there were different answers marked 'wrong' which were in fact correct.

So, I had to go through each text again manually to correct the results.

What could the reason for that be?

Would be very grateful for some help.

Hi! This sounds very strange. Do you think you could upload the .h5p here in the forum or share a link? This will make it much easier to tell if there's a bug in the software or something wrong in the task. It should be noted that the drag and drop content type is one of the more advanced/complex tasks to create.

I actually have already created drag&drop exercises; and they worked perfectly well. 

I don't quite understand what you mean by the .h5p?

If you share the task I should be able to investigate what sort of strangeness is going on. There should be a download button in the bottom left corner of the exercise if it hasn't been disabled. Downloading the exercise and uploading it here is probably the easiest way of sharing it so that I may get access to the results(for my tries – your student results aren't exported). If you are only able to share it through a link, that is OK as well.

It will be hard to tell what's going on without testing it.
