Interactive video links to chapters in Moodle books broken

Hello,

In the past few weeks, we have been using H5P interactive video. Using the features "Add text" and "Link" we have been linking to external webpages.

The problem we are having is with linking to chapters in moodle books. While we expected the link to send the user to a specific chapter in the book, they were actually redirected to the first chapter of the book. The issue seems to be that when a URL includes an & in H5P activities it is escaped as & which breaks the URLs pointing to chapters in books. 

External support teams have managed to develop a fix, it involves them manually changing the data-base entries. This would need to be performed for every video in which the user has linked to a chapter. This currently works as not many of the courses are using interactive video yet. However, there could be more severe issues soon as more and more teachers start using H5P.

Is there a way that the URL coding can be fixed? Or will this be fixed if we update our plugin?

We're currently using Moodle version 3.4.5 on desktop. Accessing via Chrome.

H5P plugin version is 1.7 – content type interactive video.
