Changing font size in Course Presentation Quiz Options

Has anyone figured out a way to change the font size in Single Choice Question and Fill in the Blanks text? Having just one size seems like a big limitation.  In Multiple Choice and True/False, you can achieve limited different font sizes just by creating all the text in super- or sub-script. How hard would it be to add that functionality to Single Choice and Fill In The Blanks?
