also images do not appear to import. Works fine on H5P.org

Perhaps, it is a folder permission error on my server?

Are you downloading the
Are you downloading the plugin from Moodle.org or GitHub?
It may also be a permission issue as well.
Keep an eye on the web server's error_log file.
