Captions -Default setting

Hi,

I am using Vimeo for my interactive video. It works fine.

However, when I upload the VTT file for the caption in H5P Wordpress, the default setting seems to be always 'on'. 

Is there any way I can change this default setting to be off? Any code needs to be changed?
