Chart won't display apostrophe

Creating an H5P activity, Chart, in Moodle on Desktop using Firefox with the H5P plugin.

When adding a Data Element named "King's Peak," the display does not read King's Peak. It reads King's

The apostrophe is intended to be included in the Label. Is this not possible or just a bug?? 

I am creating a graph showing mountain range elevation in feet. The values do not allow for period commas (14,400 ft) or unit labels. Is this possible? It would be more helpful from a classroom teacher point of view to be able to add axis labels, as well.
