Course Presentation - Activate Active Surface Mode

Are there any plans for changing how the the Activate Active Surface Mode work? Sometimes users activate this mode without realizing that is not possible to undo (despite the warning), which means that they have to start all over again. If there are no plans to chagne this, maybe a better explanation should be given to helt the course developers to fully understand the result of the change.

You could advice people explicitly to clone their project before trying the active surface mode. You could also place a link in the edit-mode that leads to a page where you can find more information about how to make the mode work.
