Interactive Video : cannot upload video

Bugs in content types

Hi,

I've been trying to create an intercative video for the past 2 hours but it seems like 2 hours is not even close to the amount of time it takes for my video to be uploaded. Basically, I've been staring at the "uploading video" loading sign for 2 hours and I feel like I'm not even halfway through it yet. 

I don't know why this is happening, there is nothing wrong with my video's settings, or at least nothing I can think of, like the file being too heavy (it is not, by the way.) 

It's definitely not a hotspot problem either since all the other open tabs load normally and all the other computers in the room work perfectly fine as well. 

I genuinelly do not know what to do, I really want to use this tool to add more interaction to my video and make it more fun. 

I'd appreciate any help or advice you guys can give me, thank you in advance for any answer of tips you may give me.

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Size and video format
  10. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!
