The star doesn't show at all

Hi,

My users used to have a star validating their performance. I doesn't show anymore in none of the courses. 

The features "lesson edit" , "taking options", "feedback time: after each questions" is already activated. 

Could you tell me where to look to get it back, please?

Could you provide a link or explain your setup more in detail ? Which content types are you experiencing this with, what platform are you using, is this happening on all devices in all browsers ?
