language change in drupal

Hi,

I have to translate interactive video texts every time to different language when I make a new question ?

Or is there some quicker solution, like to translate once and after that for example the "check" -button text would be translated? 

Platform: Drupal 7

Yeah, it's a bit cumbersome. What language do you use? If you add the language to the interactive video library and the libraries you uses within (multichoice, text,image, fill in etc.) you won't have to translate again..
