WORDPRESS SITE: No content types are available

Hi everyone,

I have just installed H5P on my wordpress site and found this error. It says " No content types are available . Your site is having difficulties connecting to H5P.org and listing the available content types."

I guess the problem is something with the PHP version, yet I upgraded to the newest PHP version but the plugin still doesn't work.

Could anybody please give me some advice/

Hi chunganhvu,

In order to give your report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

  1. The plugin is completely new installed
  2. Wordpress 4.9.4.
  3. Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version: Version 1.10.1
  7. Any browser console errors: No
  8. Any PHP errors: newest version 7.5
  9. Screenshots is attached below

Hi,
What does your #8 mean ? please elaborate, it is quite likely that you have some PHP errors here.
Since you're not able to communicate with H5P.org this is most likely an issue with the openssl or your curl library. See troubleshooting in Configure PHP and troubleshooting PHP to troubleshoot it.

Please check if you have PHP error logs which can help narrow down what is causing the issue.

Buen dia:

instalo el plugins h5p a wordpress pero no muestra, pero no permite crear contenido.

version de wordpress que se esta trabajando Versión 4.9.4

Have you tried downloading an example in H5P.org and uploading it into Wordpress?

¿Has intentado descargar un ejemplo en H5P.org y subirlo a Wordpress?
