h5p interactive video is not displayed in moodle 3.3

hi@all

when i finish an interactive video  and want to show it to me afterwards. it is not displayed. and will never show up.

i can create the video in moodle or on h5p-website but it will not be displayed. there is only a little h5p icon on the menu bar.

any suggestions?

Hi Sebax,

In order to give your bug report the best chance of getting answered, please include the following information:

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)
  2. Platform and version number. Moodle 3.3.
  3. Mobile or Desktop
  4. Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Safari etc
  5. H5P plugin version
  6. H5P content type and version (if a content type was used), and a sample URL or attached H5P.
  7. Any browser console errors
  8. Any PHP errors
  9. Screenshots if it's a visual problem

The more information you provide, the quicker the community will be able to fix it and the quicker you'll have a working solution!

1. install moodle 3.3.2 by using 1&1 app center > installing h5p plugin > create interactive content (tried both in mooodle and on h5p.org) > save > not displayed // 1&1 refuses to help me because they blame it on the plugin

Hi Sebax!

Sorry that your system is not working correctly.

There are lots of 404 messages that indicate that files cannot be loaded, simply because they were not found. The files that are mentioned match the image with "tofu" icons which would have been in the font files to be loaded. It seems, that for some reason, those have not been installed correctly. You could try to delete and reinstall the H5P libraries (H5P.InteractiveVideo and H5PEditor.InteractiveVideo).

Just as protective measure, don't forget to make a backup/store your contents. Reinstalling the libraries should not harm them, but if your system has a glitch already: better safe than sorry.
