Interactive Videos not showing up on Apple devices

Hello H5P-Team,

My team uses Open Olat and integrates interactive H5P videos via edu-sharing. We use MP4 files as the file format. For several weeks now, we have been receiving reports that videos are not appearing on our Olat pages.

After multiple tests and feedback, I have noticed that this issue only occurs on Apple devices. Further testing has shown that the issue appears on all tested browsers. Therefore, it can be assumed that the error is independent of the browser.

Is this a known issue? Is there a workaround? Weh ave over 50 interactive Videos, and changing them would take a lot of time. Any advice would be appreciated.
