Display Question Progress and Enable Navigation in Single-Choice Sets

We propose a feature update to the single-choice question sets: displaying the question number (e.g., "Question 3/5") and allowing navigation between questions. This change will enhance the user experience by providing learners with a clear sense of progress and the ability to revisit earlier questions to refine their answers awell as allowing them to skip questions when redoing the whole task.
