Can't create New "Interactive H5P Content"

Hi, when i try to create a new Interactive H5P Content it gives me the error listed below. The temp folder have de permissions but it's empty. PHP 8.1, moodle 4.4, h5p latest version. it's not creating in localrequestdir.
