Forums:
we’re currently stuck with an H5P issue appreciate your help. Every time we try to insert an existing H5P file, we’re getting an error. Oddly enough, when it’s used as an activity, the H5P works perfectly.
Any pointers or advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hi!
This error stems from moodle's custom H5P integration in moodle core. That integration was not created by the H5P core team, so your best shot probably is to reach out to moodleHQ first.

Hi
What do you mean exactly by "we try to insert an existing H5P file" and "when it’s used as an activity, ..."?
Most importantly, are you using the Moodle core h5p activity (in the Content Bank and the blue icon) OR the H5P external plugin (the black icon)?
And, as Oliver says (and we keep repeating on this forum!) any question related to using H5P in Moodle should be posted to the relevant Moodle forum here: https://moodle.org/mod/forum/view.php?id=8603
Best, papi Jo
PS.- I have uploaded your attached drag and drop H5P content to my Moodle site's Content bank without any problem.

You write " I am able to
You write " I am able to insert it but when I "Save and Preview" it showing the error message." Please describe exactly what you do to insert an H5P content after clicking on that button in the editor.
And again you would stand a better chance to get relevant feedback if you posted your question to the Moodle H5P forum (link given in my previous post).

I use the editor that comes with Moodle (I have tried Atto and TinyMCE) The H5P. Here is the link to the images.
