Unable to register H5P hub

Hi All,

I am having issue registering H5P hub withe the error message "Site UUID is not unique. This must be fixed by an admin by restoring the hub secret or remove the site uuid and register as a new account with the content hub.".  We are running h5p v1.51 on Drupal 7.  I've tried to set a new UUID through settings.php ($config['system.site']['uuid']) but it doesn't seem to work.  Any idea how I can fix this?

After some more digging, I can see the hub response of 

$response->errors->site_uuid[0] being ' The site uuid has already been taken.'

  Our H5P instance was recently migrated to a different server using the same DB dump which I think may be the cause.  How do I unregister the old system or change my site UUID?
