Activity not loading After modifying it .

  1. Detailed steps to reproduce the bug (exactly how and when did it happen)

After we click on setting and modify anything like something on the activity or a regular setting after we save it the activity not load anmore.

  1. Platform and version number. E.g. Drupal, Wordpress, Moodle.
