Interactive Book - Anchor links - jumping page

Hi, is there any way to avoid those anchor links in the interactive book? I mean these Navigation arrows on the top. Whenever I click them I seems, that an anchor link is created like this:

I understand, why it might be useful, but is there a way to disable it? Problem for me is, that it affects the whole page and make it jump. I actually want to just go to the next page with out jumping to the anchor.

I tested on self hosted WP installation and also here: https://h5p.org/content-types/interactive-book  - Seems to be the same on both.
