Sometimes Interactive Video doesn't record the student's progress

Sometimes when the student answers the questions the Interactive Video doesn't record the answers of the student, can someone help me?

Hi,

The most likely reason is that students are not clicking "submit" in the Submit screen. If you are sure that the students are clicking the "submit" button in the submit screen please provide the information requested in this forum: https://h5p.org/forum/9
