Mind map/node tree/concept web

I would love a content type that was a mind map/node tree/concept web... a central idea could be placed in the center, and other ideas would branch out, and branches could have branches, etc. Every branch could be simply labeled with one word only, and when a user clicks/taps the word, that section expands to display the text/images/links/whatever involved. Perhaps each node could also optionally contain a question to be answered by the user? Would use this so much! H5P is GREAT... thanks very much!
