When I try to upgrade "Column 1.13.1 content" (Wordpress website), I receive this message. Any hints? Where can I find this library "H5P.DragQuestion 1.14"?

Have you tried downloading the sample content and uploading into WP. By doing this you it will install the updated libraries into WP.
