Custom Content Types in Moodle

Hey, how might I implement my custom content types in Moodle? It seems I have to upload it to the Hub? Does anyone have access to do that, or is that what the Developer access is for? I wish to use my content type in Course Presentation, which is working fine on my local Drupal install. I can't add a custom version of Course Presentation that includes my custom Content Type? I can't seem to even find the libraries folder in Moodle to try just uploading it via ftp...

If you go to Site Administration -> Plugins -> H5P -> H5P Libraries, you should see where you can upload the libraries.
