Moodle Plugin License

The license file on the moodle hvp plugin (https://github.com/h5p/moodle-mod_hvp/blob/stable/LICENSE) seems to be incorrect. The licence is for GPL v2, however the code states version 3 or later (https://github.com/h5p/moodle-mod_hvp/blob/a1a2fa818ff108b9924e04ffa0f7d...)
Is it possible to get the licence file on this repo updated to version 3 so that it matches the submodule repos and the code.
