Minimize scrolling in Interactive Book edit mode
Hello,
I've been creating an interactive book and would like to request that H5P make some changes that would minimize scrolling while editing. Not only is it time-consuming and frustrating, but it is a problem for users with carpal tunnel or other disabilities.
1. Add a settings option that gives the user three choices for how to open a page: a) All items collapsed, b) all items expanded, or c) in the last used state. Add a tooltip to remind the user to give the item a name in Metadata.
2. Freeze the left side Pages Menu so it is always available no matter how far down the page the user has gone. And make the outline that is visible and clickable in the Student View active in Edit mode so the user can use it like a table of contents.
3. Allow the user to group items for Copy/Paste.
4. For items that involve a lot of boxes and option choices (like Quizzes, Accordians, Multiple Hotspots, etc.), make it so you only have a placeholder for it on the page that can be clicked on to take you to a library of those items where you can edit them.
Thank you!
Nancy

Hi,
Thank you for contributing your ideas on how to make H5P better! There are developers in the community who every now and then work on a feature they find interesting or useful. You can also help by developing or help (crowd) fund the development of this feature.
