[MOODLE] Interactive video: "Video source is missing".

Issue with interactive video.

There are two ways to reproduce this issue:

- duplicate an hp5 activity having a working interactive video. The new activity will not work and will show the "Video source is missing." message.
- create a new activity. Even when you use a youtube video which is fully operational in another h5p activity, the player still shows the "Video source is missing." message.

Other findings:

- the configuration screen for the interactive video is not shown in full. You get only the upper part (see attached image).
- you get errors at JS level. In particular, two scripts are failing (h5p-hub-client.js and h5editor.js) (see attached images from the console).

Activities that were created before the issue started to show up are perfectly working.

H5p version:  2022121200
Moodle version: 3.5.4+
The issue happens in all formats (mobile and desktop)
The issue happens on all browsers.

Recent changes in the environment: we went from a single-node deployment to a multi-node deployment. Front end servers are now behind a load balancer and share moodledata, which is hosted in NFS.
