Interactive Video - Inconsistent size issue dependent on size of window

Upon entering an interactive video, the video may not resize to fit the window appropriately with traditional to larger sized screen resolutions. However, if the screen resolution is smaller, the resizing is appropriate.

A video demonstration of this behavior is available (two different Moodle versions): https://youtu.be/aJT8ha1TDFM

Steps (in Moodle):

  1. Create an H5P Interactive Video and add to course page
  2. Click in the H5P Interactive Video (all roles impacted)
  3. View the video to see if you can see the full video on your screen. Then, adjust the size of your window and watch how the video resizes. The video becomes too large at normal to larger window dimensions.

It should be noted that this behavior has been reported in other forums on this site. This has been a significant enough issue that some H5P users opt to no longer use Interactive Video.
