Created content not showing in My Content

Hi there,

A colleague has reported the following:

'We have a shared Chemistry folder (multiple collaborators) which contains various content; it is then a simple job to clone and edit for new cohorts with new links etc.

I created a Clone of a file from this folder for our Jan 2023 cohort.

If I look in All Content, and access the folder there, I can see the new file.

However, if I look for it in 'Shared with me', the folder does not contain the new file!'

Our colleague also reports that she is no longer able to view any recently 'shared'/ multiple collaborator content. 

This is a recent problem for thhis individual.

Does anyone have eny suggestions on possible solutions?

Hi John,

Contents that are shared to an author is available when you choose 'Shared with me' or 'All Content'. On the other hand once you clone a content that is shared with you, it will not show when you choose 'Shared with me', instead it will only show in 'My Content' as well as 'All Content'. The reason for this is that once a shared content is cloned the new content that is created is owned by the author that cloned it.
