Captions/Settings cog wheel

Hello. I am trying to see captions on my interactive videos. On my mac+safari I can see the captions but on windows+firefox and chrome or mac+firefox and chrome the captions do not appear. The small setting cog wheel in the bottom right is grayed out and I am wondering if there is an option to turn on captions? I am including a picture.

The big screen is my windows showing no captions. The bottom right are my mac with one safari window and one Firefox window and only the mac+safari is showing captions.

Hi Adam,

By design the captions should work for most browsers. Since this is not the case for you I would suggest that you share your content so that we can check.

I am sharing the content. Thank you for any help as to why I cannot see the captions on my windos pc and I guess this must be a problem with a setting on my pc.

Hi Adam,

Can you double check the content that was uploaded as there no subtitle files that came with it.
