accessibility of interface for people creating H5P objects

It is not clear in your list of accessible/not accessible H5P content types whether accessibility refers to the finished learning object or also to the interface used to create the H5P object. I need to know if the interface used by the person who is creating the learning object is accessible, or in other words whether people with disabilities can create as well as use an H5P content type. Is there a way to find this out?
