Virtual tour cannot be saved or cloned after it has been saved multiple times

I am creating a virtual tour in H5P.com and started about a week ago. The tour was created with multiple 360 photospheres and some static images, and was saved multiple times and even briefly published, before I pulled it back to make another change. I previewed it for a number of folks today in Firefox. Everything worked. After the demo, I then tried to publish it to share with all members of my group, but I repeatedly got an error screen saying that the link was missing. I could still access, view, and demo the virtual tour in Firefox, but could not save it, copy it, clone it, or publish it. I tried to cut and paste the URL into another browser, or open up my account in another window, I could not see the tour listed in my content. I made a little video to show the problem, but apparently I can't upload it here.

I'm going to have to re-create it from scratch, and I don't mind doing that if I can't guarantee that it won't disappear again. It is not the case that I use the back button on the browser. It is not the case that it was a new interactive that wasn't saved. This was a solid interactive that I accessed on different computers using different browsers (chrome and Firefox).
