Single stimulus, multiple questions

Within language teaching (I'm an ESOL teacher), it's common to structure reading and listening exercises and tests as a "stimulus" item and a an accompanying question set. You might have four or five of these as short reading comprehension activities with say 5 or 6 questions each.
As far as I can see, there's currently no reliable way to make this into a single cohesive quiz with a single score, and it would be of huge benefit to language departments the world over if there was.

Hi Niall,
Have you checked Interactive Book? I provides a feature of combining different content types. You can create lessons on the first few chapters and then add a Question Set or a different quiz type after the lessons.
