Content Type: Jigsaw Puzzle

Hey everybody!

There's a new content type called "Jigsaw Puzzle". Guess what you can do with it :-D

Check it out on my blog at https://www.olivertacke.de/labs/2022/01/17/you-would-jig-if-you-saw-that-puzzle/. No, I do not know if and when it will be released on the H5P Hub, but there's a ticket that you can track progress with. Also, please find instructions about how to install it on your H5P enabled platform anyway in the blog post.

Please, please, pretty please also note my hint about the content type being just a by-product of contract work before you bombard me with feature requests.

Hi Oliver !

Thanks to you for developping this content type and thanks to Kidsloop for letting it be released so that the rest of the community can use it. My students are too old for playing jigsaws (except in a seriuous game or an escape game) but my daughter who is 4 is thrilled :D

"How to get it?

You are most likely used to find content types to install on the H5P Hub only. And Jigsaw Puzzle will surely be found there soon. The H5P core team will need to find some time for a review first, however, and then they’ll release in on the H5P Hub and tell the world about it in their newsletter.

If you want to use the content type right away, just download one of the demo contents above via the Reuse button underneath the content, and then upload the .h5p file onto your H5P platform in the H5P Hub. That will install the required libraries if you have permission to install H5P libraries – if not, your system admin will need to help you with that."

In other words: Click on the "Reuse" button underneath the content and download the H5P file. Go to "H5P Content -> Add new -> Upload" and upload the file. That will install the Jigsaw Puzzle libraries.
