Quiz Question Set scores missing on mobile
Hi, I have created several Quiz Question Sets. There is one problem: when I answer the questions on my Android Phone, I will not be able to view the scores at the end if I have about 50 questions. If I have three questions I can view my scores at the end. In both situations I can view the results in PC. Is this a bug or is there a limited number of questions for viewing mobile scores?
I have created H5P with Moodle and the content will soon be moved to a public WP-site. The pupils will mainly use their own mobile device and they will not sign in. So they need a print screen of their results at the end.

20 is ok
I seems that both with my Android phone and iPad 20 questions are ok. 22 is too many since it will not show the results then. I hope this will be fixed soon.

Hi Matleena,
Can you check if you will have the same issue with my test content. I was able to get the score using my mobile phone (android).

All scores missing
Thanks BV52! I tested it and I never got the scores at the end. I tested it with Chrome, Edge and in cocgito Firefox, iPad and Android phone. After I wrote my question I have not been able to view the scores on browsers either. The same happens to my colleague. I am totally confused.

Hi Matleena!
I assume you have not answered all the questions - that means either clicked on "check" explicitly or at least interacted with every question so it could be interpreted as answered, e.g. chosen an option in a multiple choice question.
That has nothing to do with the number of questions by the way. You should get the same behavior with just two questions if you simply go to the 2nd without answering the first.
Best,
Oliver

Problems solved - and another question about scores
Hi Oliver, This seems to be an answer to my question. Many thanks!!!
I also have more or less similar problem with scores with another H5P-tool. The answer to my first question did not solve that. I have several Course prentations with interactive videos embedded to them. In some presentations the student can view the scores of a video at the end of a video and at the end of the Course presentation too. In another Course presentation you are not able to view the scores of interactive video in either places (end of a video or presentation). The settings are similar in both in course presentations and interactive videos. Any ideas?

That might depend on the settings, so it was great if you linked to them to allow someone to check. Maybe some of them are set to open a submit screen at the end, some are not?

That is true but why on earth it does not work the same way when the settings are same? How do a get the submit screen at the end? I created a test version and the sama mistake is there: I can not view the results from Interactive video at the end of Course Presentation. Example is here (click "kirjaudu vierailijana" = enter as a guest): https://edugo.fi/mod/hvp/view.php?id=630941 (the same H5P is attached).

Hi Matleena,The Interactive
Hi Matleena,
The Interactive Video does not have a "Submit Screen" which triggers the IV to send the scores to Course Presentation. This should be automatically added at the end of the content but since it is not showing I suggest that you manually add it. You can check this short video on how to do this.

First problem unsolved, second solved
Many thanks BV for you video - that solved the problem!
I thought the first problem was solved but the problem still sometimes occur. I just answered my Quiz Question Set for ten times with my pc (Chrome, Firefox), Android phone and iPad. Nine times out of ten it showed the scores, once it did not. The reason was not the number of questions or the browser or the device or the settings since I dit not change them. Any ideas?

Hi Matleena,
Honestly I have no idea what may be causing it. If you can somehow find what is triggering the issue we can dig deeper.

Both problems solved (I guess)
I guess the reason for not showing the scores at the end of Quiz Question Set is after all what you told me at the first place: If the student has not answered EVERY question and clicked CHECK every time he/she will not see the scores. For example if minimum number of characters in essey is 10 and you give a shorter answer it is not understood as a question answered. It is easy to concentrate and answer 10 questions. With 55 question you easily accidentally just skip one question or forget to check it. I am still not totally confident that we can use quizizz of about 40 questions, but I thing the problem is at least quite solved :) Many thanks for your help!

Hi!
Actually, yes and no :-D Essay will also report as being answered if something is entered in the text field, but only as of version 1.3.1 (August 2021) and Question Set is still using version 1.2.
Cheers,
