Update H5p plugin inside Wordpress

Hello guys

I'm running into an updating H5P plugin problem inside WordPress.  Every time I'm trying to update to the new version.

My existing content will have a problem, In the H5p listening page, things look fine, but if you click inside the content page, it will report missing ID, or ID not found. I have Updated the news library by downloading and updating the newest content type to the system. So all my library is all good. But updating the H5p plugin will cause all my contents gone missing.  Does anyone have the same experience as me? Any way to get around it. 

I have converted all my online courses to H5p format, so this is definitely a very frustrating problem for me.
