Installation of H5P in a moodle

I have followed all the steps in the installation guide. After the fourth step (I have selected the interactive content), I tried to add the editor, but after clicking the install button. It loads for few minutes, then the same page comes without showing anything on the editor. Thereafter all the buttons stopped working. I have attached the image. Please help to solve the issue.

Please specify whether you are using the "integrated" H5P activity (in the content bank, the blue icon) OR the contributed plugin (the black icon in the list of activities).
