Problem with summary at the end of the module and no way to submit quiz answer

I am not getting a summary ending to my video/quiz. I have set it up under the editing mode and can play it in the editing mode and it works perfectly fine. Then when I save it and return back to where it is in the course and play it, the summary slide doesn't appear and therefore the student's quiz score cannot be submitted.

I have another H5P lecture/quiz set up in the same course and it is set up exactly the same but works the way it should.

Not sure why this is happening. Could anyone advise? Thank you!
