Timeline not showing

I have one reader that can't see the timeline I have inserted. All other readers. What is causing this one reader to not see it and how do I fix it?

Hi Nikki!

I fear you'll have to share some more information if you want someone to help you. Currently, it's a little like walking into a garage, telling the technician that your car (that you didn't bring along) sometimes makes noises without more specifics and asking what's broken. You could, for instance, share what browser and operating system your readers are using (the one with the issue in particular) and ideally share a link to the site in question.
