I have tried to update content and get this

Failed to download the requested H5P.

cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 10011 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received

 

I have tried the troubleshooting page but cannot find anything that helps.

I see other people have had this problem but no-one has been kind enough to expalin what to do.

Can someone help?

Hi Derek,

Have you tried updating the content by download and uploading the sample content in H5P.org. Also I suggest that you check/increase the server memory limit.

thanks for your answer. I actually just gave it a try doing the automatic update & everything is working fine, maybe the Gods of all things internet had been on a coffee break.......
