Generelles Problem mit Anbietern, die Qualitätsstandards nicht einhalten, bei der Produktion mit h5p

I just wrote to a provider who uses h5p to create content that is sold via the media libraries here in Germany, virtually by monopoly. I only looked at a subset of the offer.

These were drag&drop tasks where the solution parts had to be searched for and found far below the graphics. Thus unusable.

I wrote to the same provider and he responded immediately with a request for details. So my question to the forum is this:

Does the banana principle still apply, that the software should mature at the customer? How do you deal with the fact that commercial providers use h5p to ultimately produce unusable software?

Gerade schrieb ich einen Anbieter an, der h5p zur Erstellung von Inhalten nutzt, die über die Mediatheken hier in Deutschland, quasi per Monopol verkauft werden. Dabei betrachtete ich nur eine Teilmenge des Angebotes.

Hierbei ging es um drag&drop-Aufgaben bei denen die Lösungsteile weit unterhalb der Grafik zu suchen und finden waren. Somit unbenutzbar.

Ich schrieb selbigen Anbieter an und selbiger reagierte sofort, mit einer Nachfrage zu den Details. Meine Frage an das Forum ist also folgende:

Gilt das Bananenprinzip immer noch, dass die Software beim Kunden reifen soll? Wie geht ihr damit um, dass kommerzielle Anbieter h5p nutzen, um damit letztlich unbenutzbares zu produzieren
