I would like to measure the time it takes the student to answer each question. Is it possible ?

Hi LEDRU!

That information (or best proxy without a dedicated starting point) is included in the results of H5P. You can retrieve if from the results within your plugin's backend, the database or the xAPI information emitted (see respective documentation).
