Impossible to delete interactions on Interactive Videos with imported videos
Hello,
I created a course in H5p based on videolessons in an interactive book. The first one was 17 minutes long and I created some interactions for it just to try if they were working properly. They were, so no problem there.
Then, I've spent a couple of weeks uploading the rest of videolessons on Moodle and I thought it wise to import the first video lesson into the rest of the units and change the interactions later. Problem is that now the new videos, which are shorter than the first one, are displaying the interaction dots on top of the timeline (no problem, a simple click and delete) and also outside the timeline and I can't click on these to delete them.
I can delete the interactions which are on top the video timeline, but not the ones which appear outside. I attach a picture for you to see what I mean.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi cristobaltirado,
The only way to do this is to temporarily use a longer video then delete the activities. I think this was designed so that if someone accidentally uses a shorter video the activities that they created will not be deleted.

Thanks for that. So, if I
Thanks for that.
So, if I understand correctly, I'll have to delete the current video, upload a new one, then delete the interactions. And then I would delete the long video and re-load the first one.
Wow, it looks like a lot of work, I'm talking about a good bunch of videos here... Is there an easy way I can do it without deleting the current video and uploading a new one?

Hi cristobaltirado,I'm afraid
Hi cristobaltirado,
I'm afraid you are correct. Tip it's always better to use create a new content instead of uploading a content not unless you need to use it as template.
