H5P Interactive Video embed in Canvas bug

Hi, 

I've had a glitch where when I embeded the h5p activity into Canvas, the branching scenario first image is enlarged and does not look normal. I checked if it was a cache or cookie issue. However, multiple users viewing the activity report having the same issue. I also double checked with my LMS support and says nothing outstanding was found on Canvas. 

I checked the iframe embed code and it is the same as always with no changes. I also compared this with other H5P activity embed codes. Does anyone know what might be causing the activity to embed incorrectly?
