Moodle 3.5.x Install Content Types: Failed to download the requested H5P.

Dear community,
I have installed the H5P plugin on Moodle 3.5. But H5P cannot install the content types via api Hub. The following error message appears:
Failed to download the requested H5P.
Failed to connect to 2a03:b0c0:3:d0::20d8:7001: Network is unreachable
In the message I can see that the network connection should be done with the IPv6-Protocol. But unfortunately, our company network does not support the IPv6 protocol.
So my question to you: Is there any way to change the H5P api Hub network connection protocol to IPv4 or to url?
