Can't change my email

Hello,

I need to change the email and password on my account.  I am unable to do this as to change my email I need to know what my password is ( I don't know what my password for h5P is)  and to change my password the H5P online form sends an email to the adresss which is on my account. I don't have access to that email anymore.

Can anyone help?

I'm afraid this system is in place so that others cannot gain access to your account.
