No Content Types Available - WordPress

I have encountered an issue in the WordPress Multisite we are using for our students. There is one case where the student cannot see any content types in the WordPress plugin. Not all students have the same problem. We have WordPress version 5.5.1. I attach a screenshot.

Hi papado170404,

This message means that in the initial installation the H5P Hub was not enabled. To enable it go to Settings -> H5P then place a check on "Use H5P Hub".
