Math expression in Mark the words

Bugs in content types

If i want to mark wrong math expression, the content Mark the words don't accept the inline math \( ... \)

Mathematical formulas are rendered inside *\(\sqrt{x}\)* but not outside, see attachement. The last bracket is not part of the word.

There is a work around by adding a equal sign after the mathematical expression like \(\sqrt{x}\)= *\(\frac{1}{2}\)*
