How do I use h5p if i dont have wordpress, drupal. I am building a site using HTML5 and angular JS. Please help

You can create your contents here in H5P.org and just use embed feature.

You currently need a backend to serve the H5Ps, you could host your own content through Wordpress, Drupal or Moodle, then embed it to your app. There are also efforts towards porting the php core to nodejs, however I'm not sure how far this has progressed along.
