Calendar events stream widget

Apologies if this has already been suggested. I could not find a Search option for the Forum. 

Would it be useful to have an H5P widget that could read from a simple calendar. The user could then place simple items into Google Calendar and then use them to create a stream of events that will update within an existing web page widget. 

Event objects:

• title
• date  
• time
• location (with a link to a Google Map location)
• link to a calendar download as ICS file
• favorite link
• share link

It would then be great to have it generate xAPI statements if:

•  favorited
•  shared
• download link clicked

Or is this all too close to what an LMS already provides?
